We had several problems with our beautiful Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Zed, including chasing and nipping the kids, jumping under the trampoline when kids were on it, jumping up at everyone that came through the door, stealing food from the counters and generally being a nuisance. We have only had one actual training visit from Yvonne so far and within a day the difference was incredible. Just with some simple techniques and an increased understanding of exactly how Zed’s mind works and how he can misinterpret us and vice versa, our dog has been transformed and is calmer and happier in himself.
He seems to listen to instructions now whereas before he totally ignored us because he didn’t understand what we were telling him.
We found Yvonne to be enthusiastic, energetic, informative, knowledgeable and fun. Our children also took to her and have, amazingly, listened to what they were told to do. If ever they forget, one mention of Yvonne’s name is enough to get them back on track.
We will definitely be working with Yvonne again in the future and we would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone with dog behaviour issues.
