“I had grown up with an unsocialised Jack Russell called Meg. Myself and my partner decided we wanted to buy a puppy however we were nervous about introducing the two together so arranged an initial meet and greet with Yvonne. Myself, Rob and my Dad – as he’s Megs owner – were present when Yvonne came over, she explained word for word what would happen from lots of barking, to Meg putting Alfie in his place. This put us all at ease and ready for when the dogs met. Again Yvonne was with us when Alfie and Meg met and kept the situation calm for us all, continuously explaining their behaviours. We were lucky that Meg was an accepting dog, it was just really noisy from the barking (doggy talking)! Yvonne stepped in when a time out was needed. We thoroughly recommend Yvonne as she has helped Meg to have a new lease of life at 12 and the dogs now enjoy great walks together!”
