Dog Behaviour Problem:
A customer of mine was always walking behind his dog and was constantly being pulled all over. This resulted in the female owner falling down and breaking her wrist and the male owner having his neck muscles pulled.
Approach:
I showed both owners how to walk their dog by improving their lead (which was the wrong style for this breed) and their posture. How to walk out of their front door and be positive pack leaders.
Results:
After 3 days the dog changed its walking behaviour by walking beside both owners, no longer pulling and having all parties involved enjoy the walk.
