Thanks to Yvonne, we have seen a real change in Freddie. By helping us understand how our behaviour impacts on Freddie we have been able to turn his behaviour around. Yvonne gave us back our confidence, by being straight talking and setting us practice tasks to do we really have made progress. Yvonne is so knowledgeable and we have learnt a lot.
